IMPROVEMENT PAYS OFF FOR LB TRANSPORTATION Posted Thu, 05 April 2007 01:52

Because of the continuous improvements between our driving team and our dispatchers, we have received high honors for excellence from both General Motors and Delphi Corporation. General Motors has recognized us as an Outstanding Carrier for North American Operations for G.M. for 2006. This commendation, which hasn't been given in several years, places LB in the top ten percent (10%) of all carriers in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Delphi Corporation also recognized LB as a Top Performer for Delphi in not only the third quarter of 2006 (below left) but again in the fourth quarter (below right), the only carrier to receive this honor for two consecutive quarters. This also places LB in the top ten percent of all carriers for Delphi. These three awards emphasize the hard work and attention to continuous improvement demonstrated by everyone in our company, whether a driver, an office worker, or a warehouse worker. Together, we are making changes to improve our service to our customers.
